Changes, Postponements & Cancellations

As a small home-based baking business, every order is carefully planned and prepared in advance. Ingredients are purchased specifically for your order, and booking slots are limited.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Should you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you consider one of the following options instead:

💕 Postpone Your Order
We are happy to transfer your order to a future available date, giving you flexibility while helping us avoid unnecessary waste and costs.

💕 Donate Your Order
If you are unable to use your order, you may choose to donate it to a friend, family member, colleague, neighbour, community group, or charity of your choice.

As a small home bakery, last-minute cancellations can have a significant financial impact on our business. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

If your parcel is delayed

We take great care in preparing and packaging our treats, and they are freshly baked on the day of dispatch to help maintain their quality during transit.

If, due to unforeseen courier delays, your parcel arrives later than 48 hours after dispatch and is no longer at its best, please get in touch with us. We will gladly arrange a replacement order at the next available baking slot or on a future date that suits you.

As a small home bakery, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will always do our best to make things right.
