About Us

Welcome to Mummy's Onde Onde – Malaysian Sweet Bites. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

Collection & Delivery

  • Orders are available for collection from our home bakery in the M46 area at a mutually agreed date and time.

  • Customers are kindly asked to collect their orders within the arranged collection period.

  • Postal delivery is offered on selected products and to eligible locations only.

  • Delivery options are subject to product suitability, destination, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control.

  • To ensure products arrive in the best possible condition, we reserve the right to refuse postal delivery for items that may not travel well or could be compromised during transit.

Transit Time

For the best experience, we only use next-day delivery service. That said, all of our cakes are freshly baked on the day of dispatch and are made to stay fresh for up to 48 hours without refrigeration after baking.
 
So, if your parcel doesn't arrive the very next day, please don't worry—your treats should still be in great condition, provided they arrive within the 48-hour window.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required to secure and confirm all orders, once orders are placed.

  • Due to limited availability, we are unable to hold order slots without payment. Your booking will be confirmed and reserved once payment has been received. 💕🍰

Product Information

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, decoration, colour, size, or weight.

  • While all product photographs shown on our website are of our actual bakes, each item is handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. As with all home-baked goods, no two batches are exactly the same.

  • We reserve the right to make minor substitutions to ingredients or decorations where necessary, while maintaining the overall quality and appearance of the product.

Allergy Advice 

  • Our products are lovingly prepared in a home kitchen where allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame may be present.

  • Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. If you or your recipient has any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before placing your order.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure the suitability of our products for your dietary requirements.
